We are a small family owned and run business in Rotorua. We have been a registered business since March 2020, starting with the three directors. The three directors are husband and Wife Wade and Ashleigh Mangham, and Wade’s father Mike Mangham. Mike has been in the civil construction and drainage business for about 30 years, Wade has been in the industry for 10-12 years. Ashleigh comes from an administration background which ties in well with doing Mangham Civil & Drainage administration and Health & safety requirements. We currently employ two other staff, one with many years of civil construction and drainage experience. Our other employee has been with us for 2.5 years starting as an apprentice and is now a qualified tradesman drainlayer.
